It was so inspiring to read about people’s stories yesterday which was Mental Health Day. I related a lot to what people said. As a model I face criticism everyday. A lot of people say "get over it, it comes with the business!". Comments like “not skinny enough” or “not beautiful enough” are something I hear daily. I, like many many of you, have my own issues and self-confidence problems. Even if it might seem from social media photos that my life is perfect, believe me it’s not! It’s a daily challenge to ignore negative comments and not listen to that voice of self-doubt telling you you’re not good enough. It’s important we talk about it. Mental health is important! #mentalhealthday
